Fox News Is Most-Watched Cable Network Last Week

By Chris Ariens

Fox News Channel was the most-watched cable network in prime time and total day among all basic cable networks last week. FNC averaged 2.1 million viewers, topping HGTV, USA and TBS. Ratings were fueled by last week’s blizzard along the East Coast, as well as continuing primary election coverage. Fox News will likely see a big week this week as it will host the final GOP debate Thursday night, before Monday’s Iowa caucus.

FNC’s No. 1 show, The O’Reilly Factor had its highest-rated week since the terror attack in San Bernardino, Calif.
