‘Fox & Friends’ Interviews ‘Thomas Jefferson’ About The Poor State Of America

‘Fox & Friends” had a big exclusive this morning. The third President of the United States, Thomas Jefferson, was a guest on the program today, despite having been dead for 187 years or so. Jefferson is not a fan of the current state of the U.S. government.

Yes, obviously it was an actor portraying Jefferson, though that fact was not acknowledged until the end of the interview. The whole segment was reminiscent of a bit from December where the team interviewed “Santa Claus” about the “War on Christmas.”

As we have documented, TV news has a long and illustrious history of interviewing fictional characters or actors playing characters, and pretending they are real. That’s called journalism!
