Breaking: TVNewser has learned John Moody, the executive VP of News-editorial for Fox News Channel is leaving the network for a position with FNC-parent News Corp.
Moody, known for sending out a daily editorial note to the staff, made the announcement in that note this morning.
“This is the last editorial note I’ll be writing,” he wrote. Moody announced that beginning today he is taking a new job with parent company News Corp. Moody expressed his gratitude to FNC founder and chairman Roger Ailes and to News Corp. Chairman Rupert Murdoch.
Michael Clemente, who joined Fox News from ABC in February, will oversee daily editorial duties for the network.
