Zakaria, TIME’s Editor-at-Large, has the cover story in the March 14 issue and reports on how America is falling behind other nations — 49th in life expectancy, 23rd in infrastructure, and the world’s 4th most competitive economy. So what are the solutions? He’ll talk about it with foursquare co-founders Naveen Selvadurai and Dennis Crowley, Harvard professors Joseph Nye and Niall Ferguson, and Columbia economist Jeffery Sachs.
