ABC World News Tonight with David Muir remains No. 1 in the evenings, and, once again, was the only program to see growth last week compared to the same week last year. Muir’s broadcast was up +3 percent in viewers, but down -4 percent in the A25-54 demo.
NBC Nightly News with Lester Holt continues as the most-watched show in the demo–his 28th straight month at No. 1–with an +11 percent lead on World News Tonight last week. Nightly News is down -3 percent in the demo, and flat, year-over-year, in total viewers.
The CBS Evening News, which will soon get a new anchor in Jeff Glor, is also down vs. last year, down -8 percent in viewers and down -19 percent in the demo.
Due to Thursday Night Football, CBS Evening News ratings are based on 4 days (Mon-Wed and Fri).
