As ABC “World News” and NBC “Nightly News” each claim a victory for the second quarter of 2014 among younger viewers, the NBC broadcast takes the week of June 23 in both Total and A25-54 Viewers.
“Nightly News with Brian Williams” was up +6% in viewers and up +3% in the demo compared to the same week last year. “World News with Diane Sawyer” saw the most growth vs. the same week last year, up +10% in viewers and up +6% in the demo. The “CBS Evening News with Scott Pelley” was down in both measurements: down -4% in viewers and down -11% in the demo.
