“NBC Nightly News” topped the evening news programs last week. All three newscasts were down — particularly NBC — from the big news week one year ago.
Week to week, “CBS Evening News,” which was the only program in with a normal ratings average the week before last, increased total viewers, but saw a small dip in the demo.
