“NBC Nightly News with Brian Williams” won its 200th consecutive week last week among total viewers. The broadcast had its best deliveries and advantages over ABC’s “World News with Diane Sawyer” in total viewers and the A25-54 demo in four weeks. However, “World News” edged “Nightly” on Friday by +48,000 viewers, coming in No. 1 in the demo. Compared to the same week last year only “Nightly” saw growth, adding less than +1% in viewership and +1% in the demo. “World News” was down -2% in viewers and up +3% in the demo and “CBS Evening News with Scott Pelley” was up in viewers (+2%) but down in the demo (-8%).
