Ed Henry took a break from his post at the White House to fill in on “Happening Now” Friday, something he may not have done had he known what co-anchor Julie Banderas had planned for him. Following a report by Alicia Acuna about a Utah business that uses crickets for a “low-fat, protein-dense” flour, Banderas produced a cricket and made Henry eat it.
