Fox News host Bill O’Reilly was on CBS’ “Late Show with David Letterman” last night. The government shutdown took up most of the conversation, but Letterman also asked O’Reilly about his book, and revealed what his next book should be: “Killing Time,” a history of the “Late Show” putting people to sleep.
