Dateline Tops 20/20 Two Weeks In A Row

For a show that doesn’t have a permanent home, Dateline is doing okay. NBC tells us that for the last two Fridays Dateline out-rated 20/20 head-to-head from 10-11pm in all key ratings categories and in total viewers.

• Dec. 21 – Dateline averaged a 2.0 rating (A18-49) and 6.8M total viewers. 20/20 had a 1.3 (A18-49) and 5.0M total viewers.

• Dec. 28 – Dateline averaged a 2.3 rating (A18-49) and 6.1M total viewers. 20/20 had a 1.6 (A18-49) and 5.5M total viewers.
