Covering the Debate Coverage: Tune in for TVNewser’s Live Blog

By Mark Joyella

The most anticipated news night of the year–so far–is upon us. Lester Holt already has his questions, the denizens of Spin Alley already have their talking points ready, and we’ve got the generator running at the Live Blog Bunker.

We’ve been reporting on the reporters, anchors, contributors and commentators who will help each of the broadcast and cable networks cover the lead-in and post-game for tonight’s presidential debate–which may well set a record for the most-watched debate in American history.

Of course, it wouldn’t be a big night for TV news without several hours of live blogging the best–and most brutal–bits on our TVNewser live blog. We’ll kick things off from an undisclosed location outfitted with food, drinks, a solid wi-fi connection and a cable package capable of surfing swiftly from network to network.

We’ll fire up the blog at 8 p.m. ET, and we hope you’ll join us. Your comments/criticism/insults are welcome, not that we needed to tell you that part.

See you at 8!
