Court TV has tweaked its daytime lineup again. Each program now lasts two hours, with “Bloom & Politan: Open Court” beginning at 9 a.m. and “Jami Floyd: Best Defense” starting at 11 a.m. The rest of the schedule (Banfield & Ford at 1, Grace at 3, Crier at 5) has remained the same.
