Could FNC’s Rate Hike “Fuel The A La Carte Debate” In Washington?

Fox’s attempt to get $1 per subscriber “could catch the attention of regulators in Washington” this year, Marianne Paskowski writes in TV Week.

“…The worry is about more than money. There could be repercussions as operators pass on these costs to subscribers at a time when the telecom bill is on its way to markup in the House of Representatives. Another worry lies in the Senate, where Sen. John McCain, R-Ariz., is threatening to introduce a la carte legislation.”
