CNN’s Magic Wall Guru Heads to ABC News

By Chris Ariens

CNN’s David Reisner has left the network for a new gig at ABC News. Reisner, CNN’s digital and 3D media producer (aka the wizard behind the New York version of the Magic Wall), joins ABC Wednesday as Interactive Media Producer.

Reisner’s last day at CNN, after 7 years with the network, was Friday.

Reisner brings his expertise with the Magic Wall to ABC. The network used Perceptive Pixel technology during the 2008 presidential election. Expect to see more of it on “Good Morning America” and across ABC News, an insider tells us.

You may recall, we covered the story of Reisner proposing to his fiancee, fellow CNNer Christine Pietz over the holidays — a proposal which was then seen on CNN.

CNN Senior Producer of New Media Josh Braun — who oversees all of CNN’s magic wall operations — remains at the network based in D.C.
