If hired, you’ll be preparing the daily rundown of news stories while overseeing and executing the production of key video and graphic elements. You’ll be responsible for making key editorial decisions, as well as guiding talent, writers, associate producers and more. You should be adept at building segments, including creating editorial discussions, writing scripts, handling package production, and manning field coordination. No sweat, right?
The ideal candidate will have five years of experience producing live news shows. You’ll need a solid knowledge of national and international news, and be able to handle breaking news situations with grace.
