On the sixth day a Malaysia Airlines jet is missing, CNN has ramped up its coverage of the plane that’s mysteriously vanished.

Over its three hours, “New Day”” did six total guest segments in addition to multiple correspondent updates. Rep. Peter King told Chris Cumo the U.S. is willing to do whatever is asked of it to help find the missing plane, which had three Americans onboard (239 total passengers).

The rest of CNN’s morning lineup covered the story, reporting on the changing details regarding the search, including a widening of its radius.  “Legal View with Ashleigh Banfield” had CNN correspondent and aviation expert Richard Quest on set with Banfield throughout the hour while the show covered the missing plane the majority of the time.

Wolf Blitzer went wall-to-wall covering the missing airliner, with Rep. King making his second CNN appearance of the day, suggesting terrorism or a possible pilot suicide can’t be ruled out. Blitzer also reported the U.S. Navy may be moving ships as far west as the Indian Ocean as part of the search.

And Don Lemon teased his coverage plans via social.

We’re told by CNN the story will be covered extensively tonight on “Outfront” and “Anderson Cooper 360” at 7pmET and 8pmET. The second episode of “Chicagoland” airs at 10pmET.
