CNN Planning Racism Town Hall In Texas

CNN is prepping a town hall meeting in Vidor, Texas next Tuesday, to follow up on last week’s reporting about the town’s racist reputation.

The live broadcast with Paula Zahn was going to take place in Vidor, but the mayor pulled the plug. “City leaders decided CNN was not living up to an agreement about the nature of the broadcast, and the city no longer wanted to be associated with it,” KBTV reports.
