CNN Correspondent Expelled From Bahrain

CNN reported this afternoon that one of its correspondents, Mohammed Jamjoom, was expelled from Bahrain today, amidst new reports that the government there was cracking down in protests by taking violent action against protesters.

Jamjoom explained what happened from a studio in Abu Dhabi:

CNN says that reporter Leone Lakhani is en route to the country, and will join the rest of the network’s crew there.
