CNBC established itself as the No. 1 source for digital video in the business & finance news this summer, delivering back to back monthly wins in the category. According to data from comScore, the network attracted 13.6 million unique content video viewers in July 2016, and 12.8 million unique content video viewers in August 2016, more than any other business & finance news outlet. The July 2016 performance represents CNBC’s third best month ever, and is a 79 percent improvement from July 2015. The August 2016 performance is up 73 percent from August 2015.

“The robust growth we are seeing across our digital footprint each month is exciting,” said Jay Yarow, senior vp and executive editor for CNBC Digital. “The CNBC Digital portfolio offers everyone from the savvy investor to the aspirational entrepreneur content necessary for their everyday lives and we look forward to continuing along the path of being the number one destination for all things money across every platform.”

CNBC’s Total Digital Population figures for August were also noteworthy. CNBC delivered 31.4 million unique visitors last month, the best monthly delivery in network history, and a 36 percent improvement from August 2015.
