Clemente To Oversee “ABC Digital News”

Michael Clemente has been named executive producer of ABC Digital News, president David Westin announced today. “In his new role, Clemente will oversee the editorial content and production of ABCNEWS.com, ABC’s 24-hour news channel ABC News Now, ABC News On Demand, and all content delivered to our broadband and mobile platforms.”

Last January, Clemente was named executive producer of ABC News Now. Update: 12:16pm: Clemente will continue in his role as EP of News Now. With today’s announcement, he adds ABCNEWS.com, VOD and other digital platforms to his portfolio.


“Michael has been a driving force behind the launch of ABC News Now With more than 25 years of news production and editorial experience, he is the right person to oversee our digital platforms,” Westin said in the press release.
