CBS Newsman Bill Geist was honored with the Governors Award by the New York Chapter of NATAS last night during their annual Emmy Awards ceremony. The group recognized “the outstanding work and achievements” of the CBS Sunday Morning correspondent.
In an interview during the ceremony with Time Warner Cable NY1, Geist’s son Willie Geist, a Today show co-host, played official mic holder.
