The defense attorney for Casey Anthony, Jose Baez, will be giving his first and only post-release interview to Fox News Channel’s Geraldo Rivera tonight.
Baez has spoken out since his client was fount not guilty, but this will be the first interview since Anthony was released from jail late Saturday. His first post-trial interview went to Rivera as well, when the FNC anchor caught him at a restaurant near the courthouse.
The interview will air on FNC tonight during the 10 PM ET hour.
