“Cards” Draws Viewers

By Chris Ariens

Thursday’s premiere of the CNBC documentary “House of Cards,” averaged 272,000 in the A25-54 demo — CNBC’s second best premiere of an original primetime documentary after “Marijuana Inc.,” which averaged 696,000 in that demo. Which means more than twice as many young viewers wanted to know about the business of marijuana, than wanted to know about what led to the current economic meltdown…or something like that.

The David Faber-reported documentary re-airs tonight at 7pmET and 10pmET and tomorrow night at 9pmET.
