Cablers Focus on AA Emergency Landing

Just before 3pmET, all three cablers began continuing coverage from Miami following the story of an American Airlines flight with landing gear problems. Chief technology correspondent Miles O’Brien was on the air describing the situation on CNN. Trace Gallagher anchored coverage on Fox News, while on MSNBC, NBC’s Lester Holt, an aviation enthusiast, was on the phone from inside Miami International as the situation unfolded outside.
