Cable Network Ranker: Week of June 6

The Casey Anthony Trial proved to be a boon for HLN the week of June 6-12, with the network becoming the number two cable news channel for the week, behind only Fox News.

FNC got some good news of its own, as it moved up a couple of spots and was the third most watched cable channel in primetime with 1.84 million viewers, behind only USA Network and History. FNC placed seventh overall in total day with 1.02 million viewers.

HLN placed 19th overall in primetime with 938,000 viewers and 22nd overall in total day with 582,000 viewers.

MSNBC placed 26th in primetime with 770,000 viewers, and 30th in total day with 425,000

CNN placed 35th in primetime with 575,000 viewers, and 31st in total day with 417,000.
