Cable Network Ranker: Week of December 30

Fox News was the top cable news network for the week of December 30, placing eighth in primetime and ninth in total day among all ad-supported cable networks. FNC averaged 1,422,000 primetime viewers and 998,000 total day viewers.

CNN placed 35th in primetime, with 476,000 viewers, and 33rd in total day, with 366,000 viewers. MSNBC placed 36th in both primetime and total day, averaging 462,000 and 335,000 viewers, respectively.

ESPN was the number one ad-supported cable network for the week, averaging more than 8 million viewers. USA, the History Channel, TBS and TNT rounded out the top five. The full ranker is after the jump.
