Fox News was the top cable news network for the second quarter of 2014, placing sixth in primetime and seventh in total day among all ad-supported cable networks. FNC averaged 1,588,000 primetime viewers and and 940,000 total day viewers.

MSNBC placed 30th in primetime and 31st in total day, averaging 570,000 viewers and 334,000 viewers, respectively. CNN placed 34th in primetime and 29th in total day, delivering 459,000 primetime viewers and 341,000 total day viewers.

TNT, USA, the History Channel, ESPN and TBS were the top five networks in primetime for the quarter. The full ranker is after the jump.
