Business Networks Going All In on Markets Chaos

By Brian Flood

Bloomberg, CNBC and Fox Busniess are all airing special coverage tonight after stock markets tumbled this afternoon.

CNBC will air a live, one-hour special, CNBC Special Report: Markets in Turmoil, at 7 p.m. ET from CNBC Global Headquarters. The special will be anchored by Carl Quintanilla and Becky Quick with Jim Cramer contributing.

“In some ways, China’s opening bell has become almost as important as our own. It makes sense that we give it the attention we do to our own — comprehensive, well-rounded coverage with a live component,” Quintanilla told TVNewser.
