Harry Smith, who joined NBC News last month, reported his first story for the network tonight. On “Nightly News” Smith penned a letter to Pres. Obama about turning 50. During the on set tag, Smith added that Obama will also begin to experience that over-50 medical check “that involves a tiny little camera.” Williams shot back, “not one of the cameras that covers the president every day.”
