Regular viewers of the E! clip show “The Soup” are probably familiar with the (almost) weekly segment “Rayr with Brian Williams.” Th segment features clips of Williams from “Rock Center” and other programs getting catty with people and things in the news.
Well “The Soup” was in New York this week, and Williams showed up in person to take host Joel McHale and “The Soup” team to task.
