Bill O’Reilly Returns to Cable News

By A.J. Katz

Bill O’Reilly is back…for one night.

Formerly the host of the No. 1 cable news program for more than 16 years, O’Reilly will provide analysis tomorrow night for the cable news channel Newsmax on Pres. Trump’s first State of the Union address.

“Bill is one of the most remarkable newscasters in history,” said Newsmax CEO Chris Ruddy, whose network is available on DirecTV, U-Verse, Dish and FiOS. “His frank, no-holds-barred analysis is needed in American media more than ever.”

The former Fox Newser departed the network last year after tens of advertisers had pulled out of his show over an internal investigation into sexual harassment complaints. He has appeared on multiple radio programs, and made a guest appearance on Hannity’s Fox News program last September, but has not hosted a cable news program of any sort since last April.
