National Geographic Channel has announced that “Killing Kennedy,” a movie based on the book by Bill O’Reilly and Martin Dugard, will premiere on November 10. O’Reilly showed a trailer for the movie, which stars Rob Lowe and Ginnifer Goodwin, on “The O’Reilly Factor” this week:
