In an appearance last night on CBS’ “Late Show,” Fox News host Bill O’Reilly told David Letterman the questions raised about his reporting for CBS News 38 years ago have been aired–and settled, in his mind. O’Reilly says people made their minds up in his favor. “It worked out okay for me. I got even more viewers.”
O’Reilly, who told Letterman his ratings “have never been higher” said he “bloviates,” but never lies. Asked about NBC’s Brian Williams, O’Reilly said “I think NBC should bring him back, and I think they will bring him back.”
