Bill O’Reilly Covers the Coverage of Obama Interview

By Merrill Knox

Bill O’Reilly spent the opening segment of “The O’Reilly Factor” Tuesday as a media critic, covering the coverage of his twopart interview with President Obama.

O’Reilly took aim at FNC’s cable news competitors, calling MSNBC’s guest on the topic, the Washington Post’s Dana Milbank, a “far-left zealot” who “spouts nonsense on TV.” O’Reilly also pointed out the interview didn’t get a lot of play on CNN, which he said “perhaps didn’t have enough time, being a 24 hour news channel.”

One television outlet did make it onto O’Reilly’s good list: “The best coverage was on the ‘CBS This Morning’ broadcast, which has emerged as a very good source of information,” he said. Watch:
