CNN and Fox News were among the many media outlets that covered a fake protest over Justin Bieber‘s potential move to Atlanta yesterday. The prank was organized by a local radio station that sent six of its interns to act as “protestors.”

Fox News covered the protest on “Fox & Friends First,” interviewing a reporter from the Fox O&O in Atlanta who was live from the scene. CNN interviewed “Harold White,” one of the protest’s organizers. The man was actually Tim Andrews, the host of the radio show behind the prank.

“We’re concerned he’ll bring the wrong type of element into a quiet, residential area,” Andrews told CNN. “It is our position that a person with his means could certainly find a neighborhood more suited to his eclectic lifestyle.”

The prank was reportedly covered by 33 news outlets — including TMZ, Gawker, the BBC, and all four local Atlanta stations.
