Barbara Walters will interview President Barack Obama and First Lady Michelle Obama in their first joint interview this year. The interview will be Walters’ fifth interview with the couple.
The interview will air on a “20/20” Thanksgiving special on November 29. Excerpts will begin airing next week across all ABC News platforms, including on “The View.” With Walters set to retire next year, the “20/20” special will include a look back at interviews she has done with every President and First Lady since Richard Nixon was in office.
