Anthony Weiner Making ‘The Kelly File’ Debut

megyn-kelly-and-anthony-wiener-300x225You might remember former Congressman Anthony Weiner and Fox News’ Megyn Kelly’s fiery exchange a few years back over Justice Clarence Thomas and a case involving President Obama’s healthcare law.

“Why don’t you just do a soliloquy?” Kelly asked Weiner in the midst of the two talking over each other back in 2011. “This is the way interviews work, you ask a question, then I get to answer,” Weiner shot back, adding in a few zingers aimed at Fox News.

There were apparently no hard feelings: Kelly told TVNewser that Weiner sent her a nice note after the birth of her first child, and upon her debut in Fox primetime, she told The Hollywood Reporter that missing the Weiner sexting controversy was one of the stories she regrets not covering during her second maternity leave.
