Ann Curry is back from another reporting trip to the Sudan region of Africa, this time focusing on the atrocities taking place in the Nuba Mountains. Curry’s reports will air on “Nightly News” this week as well as on “Rock Center” Wednesday night. This is Curry’s seventh trip to the region, the first was nearly six years ago.
During trips in 2009 and 2010, her reporting got some star power as she met up with George Clooney. “I want these people to be seen and heard,” Curry told MediaDecoder last week upon her return from this most recent secret trip.
