After LeBron Moved Out, the RNC Moved in to Cleveland Arena

The Republican National Convention begins 4 weeks from today. And not long after the Cleveland Cavaliers took game 6 of the NBA finals Friday night — on to an eventual championship last night in Oakland — the RNC began its move into the Cavs’ home: Quicken Loans Arena.

“Our Operations team is now hard at work, transforming a basketball court into the Convention hall where we will introduce our nominee to the country,” the RNC wrote.

The RNC begins July 18 with the DNC beginning a week later in Philadelphia.
