ABC’s Brian Ross Explains What Happened During Confrontation with Staff for Michele Bachmann

ABC news chief investigative correspondent Brian Ross hit the campaign trail to get Minnesota Congresswoman and Republican Presidential primary candidate Michele Bachmann to answer questions about her migraines. On Monday The Daily Caller (or as Ross calls it, a “web news site”) published a story about Bachmann’s problem with migraines.

Ross wanted to ask Bachmann about the report, but was prevented from doing so:

When Ross made a beeline for the white SUV waiting to carry Bachmann away, two Bachmann men pounced on him, grabbing and pushing him multiple times with what looked to me like unusual force. In fact, I have never seen a reporter treated so roughly at a campaign event, especially not a presidential one. Ross was finally able to break away and lob his question at Bachmann one more time, but she continued to ignore him.
