“ABC World News with Diane Sawyer” will be broadcasting from the Gulf coast tonight and tomorrow. Sawyer is slated to speak with Admiral Thad Allen tonight to discuss the federal government’s response. CBS has been broadcasting from the Gulf at least once a week for “The Early Show” or “CBS Evening News,” while “NBC Nightly News” was last in the Gulf the last few days in June.
