ABC has announced that the primetime special featuring never-before-heard interviews with Jacqueline Kennedy will air September 13. Hosted by Diane Sawyer, “Jacqueline Kennedy: In Her Own Words,” will debut at 9 PM that evening. ABC first announced that it had acquired the rights to the tapes in May. Their release is tied to the release of a new book based on the recordings.
