A Legal Analyst’s Work Is Never Done

CNN’s Jeffery Toobin thought he’d have a nice pleasant vacation this week. With a relative Presidential primary lull, one of the members of the BPTOT took off for Hawaii. Then, a former Harvard Law classmate, who happens to the be the Governor of New York, got into trouble. So last night, during coverage of the Mississippi primary, CNN tapped Toobin, poolside, to analyze the Spitzer situation.

CNN tells us since there was no TV transmission available in Maui, Toobin worked with the hotel’s business center and transmitted via Skype. At the start of his AC360 report at 10pmET, Anderson Cooper said Toobin was joining, “by hotel web cam.” “Aloha,” Toobin responded.
