Kilmeade 50thFox News’ Brian Kilmeade turns 50 today, and received a surprise visit from a familiar friend this morning.

“Happy birthday…I’m back!” former “Fox and Friends” co-host Alisyn Camerota said to Kilmeade on his radio show. “How did you get back in [the building]?” Kilmeade jokingly asked. “This whole station misses seeing you.”

And earlier, “Fox and Friends” made it a family affair for its longtime co-hosts’ big birthday.

“Happy birthday Bri,” Kilmeade’s mother Marie said via phone. “Well mom, thanks for giving birth to me…I appreciate it, I’ve really enjoyed these years,” Kilmeade told his mother while the show aired photos of a young Brian.

“Hi dad,” Kilmeade’s son Brian said via phone, waking up early on his last day of high school — during which he has a big Spanish test — to call his dad. Kilmeade’s wife Dawn was also on the line, and previewed big dinner plans at the Kilmeade house tonight.

“I apologize for you having to get up this early,” Kilmeade told his wife.
