Fox News Channel’s Bob Beckel has been missing from “The Five” roundtable since Feb. 16, so we inquired about his situation.
A FNC spokesperson exclusively told TVNewser:
Bob is taking some time off from “The Five” to focus on health issues, including an ailing back.

Juan Williams and Julie Roginsky have been filling in as the token “liberal” co-hosts and will continue to do so while Beckel recovers. “The Five” is one of the top cable news programs, ranking in Top 5 each month. Last night, the show topped both MSNBC and CNN in the 5pmET timeslot and was the third highest-rated show in cable news, among the key A25-54 demo.
