On Sunday, 12 ABC News staffers will take part in the New York City marathon in the first-ever ABC Relay.
“I am NOT a runner, but I’m faking it for a good cause,” says Juju Chang who is part of the relay team. Others include anchors and correspondents Gio Benitez, Linsey Davis, Rebecca Jarvis, Jonathan Karl, Byron Pitts, Mara Schiavocampo, Ryan Smith, Amy Robach and Deborah Roberts; also taking part, ABC News president James Goldston and svp Barbara Fedida.
Team ABC is raising funds for New York Road Runner’s Team for Kids program which provides free health and fitness programs to kids in New York City and across the country. Go here if you’d like to support the team. The race will be broadcast nationally on ESPN2 and in New York City on WABC.
