Tom Casey will take over as Clear Channel Communications chief financial officer and executive vp of Jan. 1. He succeeds Randall Mays who stepped down from the position in late October and will remain with the company as vice chairman.
Casey joins CC from Washington Mutual, where he served as executive vp and chief financial officer.
In his new position, Casey will oversee the company’s financial activities reporting to Mark Mays, president and CEO.
