New Univision Novela’s Ratings ‘En Fuego’

New Univision novela Fuego en la Sangre (Burning for Revenge), during its premiere week of April 28-May 2, delivered the highest ratings in key demos for a novela premiere in the Hispanic network’s history, drawing an average 2.97 million adult 18-49 viewers, 1.9 million adult 18-34 viewers and 5.1 million total viewers, according to Nielsen Media Research data.

The novela, which airs from 9-10 p.m. weeknights, was the highest rated program on Friday night among all the networks, regardless of language. On Fridays, from 9-10 p.m. it was the second highest rated broadcast network among adults 18-24, and for the week, averaged a higher 18-34 rating than any show on The CW.
