Ramping up its digital media strategy, Meredith Broadcasting relaunched Monday (Nov. 2) local Web sites for 10 of its 12 TV stations serving markets such as Atlanta; Phoenix; Portland, Ore.; and Nashville, Tenn. The redesigned sites have state-of-the-art video players; live weather radar; and breaking news alerts arranged on a clean, easy-to-scan page.

As part of the redesign, the Meredith sites, created with the help of Internet Broadcasting, also feature more social-media tools for viewers to interact with one another and on-air talent via blogs, slide shows, Facebook and Twitter.
